Homicide detectives have been called in after a body was found in a Hamilton park on Tuesday.
Police said that a deceased adult male was located behind the Leander Boat Club, which is near Burlington Street East and James Street North.
Portions of Bayfront Park as well as Leander Boat Club Park are currently closed as police investigate. People are being asked to avoid the area.
So far no information has been released about potential suspects.
